well i always make sure my bag and shoes match but since i dont have that much information, i'd say the best would be a dark color like navy blue or brown but not black. If you wanna try and elongate your legs you could do black shoes but itd be better if you go with black or brown pumps that are rounded tips

If your going for business dress I would go with the plain Black shoe. Preferably a closed in style with a wedge or court heel. You can wear the ones at the "Zappos" link after you get the job, (They are very nice).
I feel that looking practical & responsible is a good start to getting the job.

For a job interview, since youre already wearing a black and white outfit, i suggest black dress shoes. If you want to show a bit of personality, wear a pastel (lavender, baby blue, light pink) dress shoe instead or a really dark suede shoe NOT brown. Good luck with your interview.

Plain black with a very high heel. Make sure the pants cover the heel and it will make your legs look longer. You dont want he pants to be too short. Peep toed shoes are popular now and look great but make sure your toes and toe nails are well manicured. If not, points look good with pants but keep the shoe simple for a job interview.

Pinstriped pants call for a spectator style platform pump, try black with burgundy...shows you are an independent thinker instead of just plain black. Something like this (click the link)

Right now, a platform, open-toe pump is hot. In red, or berry, it would be sharp. If the office is conservative, a nice, mid heel black pump is always appropriate and don't forget hose... I would not wear any type of sandal.

Hmm it depends on your job??? if its really sophisticated go for black pointed pump or black sling backs with a kitten heel.... but if you could be edgy go for a red instead of the black.. just match the bag and shoe.........

Stick with conservative class...it is the military, and it is child care. Worry about high fashion *after* you have the job.
Something along the lines of this style would look sharp:
