Did anybody witness a wreck near the Harbor tunnel in Baltimore MD around 1:30pm on Sept 11, 2006. My little brother was killed in that wreck and I have some unanswered questions that I am despritely seeking answers to.

Is the link below about your brother? Both my brothers were paramedics and accidents all on I-83/I-895 and I-95 south to Baltimore are most likely due to extreme high rated speed. I believe it was raining that day here in MD. Those surfaces are very slick when wet. I've all ways wondered if the state should use another type of asphalt to prevent slipping and sliding.

Sweetie I know your pain is great and nothing can make that better right now. As a paramedic myself for 14 years I do know that they will answer questions that you might have and because it has been only a few days you can request a copy of the police report in a couple of weeks. Sorry I can't help with the actual event but I thought this might help you get started. First responders also who may have been first on scene. Keeping you in my prayers honey and I am so sad for you and your family. The coming days will be difficult, hold on to your faith.

u might check with any buildings in the area on a line-of-sight with the crash area. their security cameras might have captured something - but act fast, they might not keep the tapes for long before recording over. good luck!
