Figure out why you hate life. Figure out what's underneath it. Get some help to make things better. Hang in there until you do. Sorry for all of the simplistic answers. I know it's not easy.

She needs to change up what she does. Like learning a new hobby that she enjoys, just dive right in. Or perhaps she could learn a new career skill that would make her more money, here again doing something that she would like to do. Shake life up a bit. If she's in a lousy relationship, then she needs to rethink the relationship or even get out of it. All just suggestions because I don't have any specifics of what's making her hate life. Whatever it is needs to be changed, or if that's impossible, then she needs a diversion that she truly enjoys. Sitting around and dwelling on her situation will only make it worse.

Learn to love life.
Find one thing in this world (big *** world you should be able to find one little thing) to love and cherish for the rest of your life. If you find that one thing inside yourself nothing else will be as bad. Learn something special or keep something you will always love and never want to let go of. I write. I love to write poetry. When I am hating life I put it down on paper and then sometimes it doesn't seem so bad. But my best work is when I am sad. So I guess in a way I love to write but to write I have to be sad and to be sad only makes me hate the world but once I go back to the beginning it is easier to get through life because sadness inspires me to write great poetry.
So you see even the worst can bring out the best. Love something. Care for something. Cherish something.

I know exactly what you mean. I felt this way too long and thought I couldn't do anything about it. Long story short, I got a good "shrink" and we together found the right medications". I had very little faith in it at first, but about 2 weeks into the medication I noticed a funny thing when i went to work one day, everyone was smiling at me. When I reached up to my face it was because I was smiling. (shrink and meds..its a good thing!)

That person needs to find a better path in life. Life is what you make it. If you sit around and hate then it is going to suck.

Afraid to live and afraid to die? Find something worth living for not just to die for. Good things come to those who wait. There are children out there who could use someone who will care. Living people can be so much better at this uno. Baby steps?
