not a virgin as soon as the dick penetrates Bam not a virgin. This girl just doesn't want to admit she lost her virginity because she is probably hella disappointed in that sexual experience.

Goodness...what is our future coming to? These children nowadays really scare me with these kinds of questions.
But anyhow,
technically speaking, no, she is no longer a virgin. If the hymen was broken, she is no longer a virgin. Most every society that treats women's virginity as the basis for purity has the following ritual:
They put a white piece of cloth under her butt. This way, when the man breaks the hymen, her blood can drip down and be proof that she is still a virgin.
This piece of cloth is saved and kept as a memento, a sacred memory.
So the breakage of the hymen is the giveaway.
And please, use birth control. Get on the pill. Use a condom. Get something, but please, don't do stupid things. Take care of yourself. Tell your friend to do the same. And try to grow up a little more since you sound obviously too young, and sex shouldn't really be the priority in your life.

she is no longer a virgin...once the penis penetrates the vagina even a little bit...whether or not he broke the hymen, she is no longer a virgin...people just tell themselves they are to make themselves feel better because they usually regret it once it's over. But according to the true definition of virgin, she is no longer considered one.
By the way...a hymen can break from being active, sports, riding a horse or anything...so it doesn't matter whether or not he broke it or not. That does not determine whether or not you are a virgin. The fact that his penis went into her vagina...even a little determines the fact that she is no longer a virgin.

most people count the hymen. If he didn't get really in though i doubt most people could tell - she will still be tight and possibly bleed in the future. she still can get pregnant though from that. I hope he had a condom on. Tell her to stop screwing around until she's old enough to know these things. If she cuts it out no one will know because the hymen can get stretched or shredded by physical activity - splits, sports etc, and her vaginal muscles will still be very tight (unless she's pregnant) in the future. Whats more worrisome is she's obviously too young to be doing any of this. Trust me the guys will not actually like you more. It will be very short lived attention with one goal in mind.

You are right...she was penetrated and with the hymen gone, she is no longer a virgin.
Did you know, and this is SO stupid...women are having their hymens reconstructed so they can be "popped" with the guy they've finally married? STUPID AND SICK!!!
But, I share this with you to support the fact that whether the penetration was fingers or penis, she is not a virgin now.

This is a ridiculous, or unfortunte, question. In rather few circles does it make any difference today.
In the Arab world, yes. Which is why hymenoplasty is such big business among plastic surgeon-gynecologists in London and Cairo.
But Rev. David Berg, the prophet-founder of the Children of God, who merged prayer and sex as devotions to God, argued that "virgins" were incomplete and that sex needed to begin at puberty. Or something like that: http://www.xfamily.org
Over the 1990s, oral and incomplete sex were removed from the definition of defloration by the majority of young people. There became a disconnect between the legal definition applying to involuntary sexual intercourse ("slightest penetration") and that of popular culture for loss of virginity ("first orgasm").
In any case, the point is irrelevant. Our sexual anthropologist friend says that in view of doubt, the girl can make her own judgment. But that in the context of statistical reality she will almost certainly have full sex within months. Maybe days. And the point will be mute. She isn't -- happily -- one of those child sex workers in Asia whose viriginity is being auctioned off to the highest bidder, typically an old geezer from Japan.
Good luck to her. Welcome to the world, where things are fuzzy, not black-and-white. And where angst is an element of growing up. And where, in the West, half of all girls are no longer virgins before the legal age of 16.

A person who has had sexual intercourse is no longer a virgin, penetration howsoever slight. She might as well face up to the fact that she is not a virgin.

Its safe to assume she can still consider herself a virgin. There may have been penetration but I am thinking in this case scenerio it does not count. Of course that depends, does she WANT to stay a virgin or not?
