Lots of possibilities. I assume you mean your right labia is swollen?I wouldn't necessarily jump to the conclusion that it's an std. Could be a reaction to a condom. Could be lack of lubrication. Could be a bartholins or skeens glad cyst. Could be some sort of infection. Could be an infected hair follicle.
Get a mirror and see if you can see anything out of the ordinary. Soak in warm water. If it persists, make an appointment with your doctor, just to be safe.

Not sure what actually causes it, other than rough sex...but odds are you guys were just leaning a tad bit more on that side. It will ease up in a day or two. Congratulations on gettin some!!! Soak in a bath that should help a little...other than that just be patient. Next time try not to be so rough :)
If it was swollen before the sex...I would get checked..that's not normal sorry.

Go to the doctor. You could have an infection under the skin. Why are you having sex when you have swollen genitals?

Wow...that sounds really bad. I think you should DEFINATELY see a doctor because you could have an STD or another type of infection. Good luck to you!

This is the wrong place to get medical advice. Go see a doctor. This is the only way.

It could be bruised if you just had sex. Take some ibuprofen and see if that helps. If not, see your doctor ASAP.

It's very easy to guess and get you all scared, but the best thing to do is see a doctor.
