i just can't bend down all the way... everytime i try.. i just fall to the ground haha... well can you guys tell how you guys did it or how im susposed to do it? any strecthes that would help me on this?

lie on your back on a firm surface.
arch yourself until you are in a backbend position.
practice rocking forward and back while on your hands and feet in backbend position. This builds up the muscles need for backbend and back handsprings. Lots of practice.

first you need the flexibility. your muscles might be too tight. i suggest yoga and pilates in order to get the flexibity you crave.
