Most vitamins are water soluble; vitamin C for instance. This means that it's difficult to overdose on them. Any excess is excreted in sweat and urine. But a few like vitamins A.D,E and Kare fat soluble. An excess doesn't dissolve in water so your kidneys can't remove it. It builds up in your body fats, and it's possible to ingest too much and poison yourself.
