It is very dangerous to lower blood pressure quickly if it has been elevated for a long time. If the cause is stress, then relaxation and all the other suggestions may help. But if it is a constant thing, I would try garlic tablets, diet exercise. If that does not work see MD. High blood pressure is a silent killer.

ive heard that paracetamol will reduce your blood pressure but im not an expert and i dont want be responible if anything goes wrong. And i dont even know if that was it may have been something entirely diferent but i think it could have panadol. Dont try it though i would go to the doctor.

Hydrochlorothiazide will lead to a quick decrease in blood pressure if the hypertension is due to an elevated salt level. Your doctor can give you a prescription for it.

think ice. Or think of relaxing in a totaly stress-free environment, like being near a quiet lake in the mountains-- nobody around for miles.... Any more instantly than that may just be a bullet.

You can't do it instantly, you need to eat foods such as fruits and vegetables, and stay away from suggary drinks (such as cordial, diet coke, and fanta). You also need to exercise to some extent to get all the krap out of your blocked arteries.

Instantly? cut an artery and let it bleed for a bit. Depending on how long you let it bleed, this can be either a temporary or premanent solution.
