how do i use a real pic of me and not the avatar?

well go to ur status page,click on 'edit my info' and then instead of using ur avatar create a Yahoo!360 page...!;)

You have to get a Yahoo 360 page.

you should be able to do so if you have one on your pc by rightclicking your avatar and selecting change display photo then select browse to open my pics and select the pic you want.
