Yes. If you keep 2 cats, 3 birds, and 7 dogs, then you have pets.
I'm off to the next question.

Your not doing too bad, I'm at 4 dogs (down from 11), 5 cats, and a bunch of gerbils.
Rule one, dogs stay outside during the day, but come inside to at night for a few reasons:
Cuts down on nighttime bark bands
Allows you to spend time with the dogs
Allows the dogs to interact with each other under supervision.
Rule two - dogs get fed once a day, lots of it, in the Morning, that way when they come inside at night, the accidents are at a minimum.
Rule 3 - LAY DOWN!!!! Having them all milling about is annoying and stressful. Teach them all the same command for laying down and when you bring them inside, after greetings, make them lay down. They love just being in the same room with you, and it keeps them manageable.
Rule 4, the dogs that fight, get separated - and the one that starts it is a good one to try to get rid of, OR get it fixed, OR just have it stay outside at night and bring it in for quality time later when the other dogs are around OR put the fighters on leashes and secure them in separate areas of the room OR put them in separate rooms.
Rule 5 - BE NICE!!! My dogs are not allowed to molest the cats, even if they probably deserve it. Whenever a cat comes near, tell your dog in a warning tone to BE NICE. If it doesn't work or if you are just to scared to try that, remove the cats to another room - preferably the one with the litterbox in it.
Rule 6 - Keep the bathroom door closed at all times - I don't want the dogs in there ever, cause I don't want them drinking from my toilet. I also have my litter box in the bathroom and don't want them in there either.
If none of this works for you, you will need to work on finding new homes for some of them. Definatly get your girls fixed before you are up to your ears in puppies, and fixing your males will reduce the fighting between them.
Hope I helped.

If you can't handle it and you are slacking off on the care of these animals, I suggest you get rid of some. If not, try to find an organized routine to follow, it'll cut down on the chaos.

Not that I am anyone to tell you what to do, but don't you think that you should find some homes for your pets. I love my animals too, but if it comes to me or the animals the animals have got to go. Just find real good homes for them.

Get everyone spayed and neutered! That'll help, if you cannot care for all them maybe give some away or bring them to a shelter!

how did you accumulate all of these animals? it must get expensive. Try to find loving homes, not shelters. they'll only be euthanized.
