i have looked up insurance quotes for health and/or disability all seem to include dr. visits any ideas?

Do you qualify for medicaid? If you lose your job because you are put on bedrest, you should qualify. Contact job and family services in your county. It can be a frustrating experience, but these situations are why medicaid is around. Medicaid will also back pay for three months in most situations, so even if it takes a while for your application to get processed, don't lose hope.
They should also be able to hook you up with WIC. Help you pay for food for you, and for formula and baby food after the baby is born.

Depending on what state you live in, you may qualify for assistance. They base it on income, which you probably may have little to none. You may qualify for health insurance, WIC ,food stamps, HEP and even child care assistance etc. Call you local Family planning and social service department. There is help out there. Don't stress your self any more than necessary. You are going to have a beautiful baby. It is going to be stressful, but if you are confident in yourself and work at it, you can do anything. don't be afraid to ask for help from Friends too!!!

If you don't have insurance try getting your state's health insurance. You can take dad to court and get child support after the birth. If he has a health plan the court can make him cover the kid.

enjoy the bed rest while you can think about how you ended up in this single parenting S***! Use your brain wisely this time I know I wish I did. GOOD LUCK! It's hard being single with a child let alont twins! Rest while you can sister please take that advice if nothing else
