Hi, Most likely a registry entry is pointing to a now non existent DLL file. this often occurs with things like AskTBar (an addon for browsers). To resolve that simply do the following: 1. Press Microsoft Flag key and R key together 2. Type:   regedit  hit ENTER key 3. In LEFT pane of Registry Editor click the + signs to expand to this location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE  + SOFTWARE   + Microsoft    + Windows     + CurrentVersion      + RunOnce 4. Click ONCE on RunOnce folder in left pane so as to view its content in the RIGHT pane. 5. Right click on any value in right pane pointing to:   C:\Progra~\uninst~1.DLL Select DELETE, then press F5 to refresh Registry. If by chance you did have the AskTBar then this is what the entry you will be deleting will look like: rundll32 C:\PROGRA~1\UNINST~1.DLL OK once done, close Registry Editor and reboot PC. Regards, TgTips

It's somewhere in your program files, but considering you're already using MSCONFIG you must've been able to recognize that already. Try going to your program files and getting into that folder, perhaps you will be able to find out what it does for you.

No clue what the "SIFX" app or program that was installed, but go to add/remove and see what comes up there or do a "find" command for SIFX*.* and see what all comes up. Could be spyware.
