there is no best martial art - only what is best for the student. where are your interests? do you want to learn martial arts for sport, self defense, fitness, social reasons or as an art? although most martial arts may touch a little on all three aspects, you need to find a school that meets your needs or that you are willing to adapt to.

for me chinese kung fu is the best. Its the only one that harnesses not only ones inner force but also harnesses the force that surrounds us. Kung fu is a soft technique but can become a dangerous weapon using only the feet and fists.
