How a nation can reduce terrorism? If there are ways to do so, why the ruling parties do not apply?

terrorism is an act of cowards who cannot fight openly.
they are also inhuman because they have no regard or respect for humanity. There can be no policing of every person in the world. so no government cannot stop terrorism. How ever there is one way. There are governments in the world which help terrorism by giving training facilities, weapons, money and man power etc. They can be tackled by world bodies but vested interest comes in the way of joint action.
To give an example the whole world knows that Pakistan is the training ground for terrorists. Knowing this the US,china,North Korea, Bangla desh, and some Arab states provide the funds and weapon assistance training etc to the terrorist groups
If this help is stopped terrorism will starve and die

It is not a national problem it is internation now. Any one country can to try alone to et rid of terrorism. If a country is surrounded by terrorism how can it get rid of it. If there are terrorist free country around then a strong and determined leadership can get rid of terrorism. Not a multi level supported government. You need long visionay leadership with focus/determination can get it done. What a lacklustre leader will do who is taking all the instructions from behind the curtain. There should be an end to it.

you have a very fantastic question in ur mind , today every country , every body is worried of terrorism. every country has its own defination of terrorism as israel with islamic terrorist, thats sri lanka with tamil terririst and most of the islamic countries also has the problems of religious terrorism. similarly in india terrorism is defined as pakistans deed. but in my sense it is our political problem to rule . you must have heard the slogan divide and rule . this is for that . just think why islamic terrorism will overcome a secular country. whom it is going to support ? does muslims in india have any problem with there religion? no, then why terrorist in india . the only answer u will get that this is a political sponserd game to make there respective vote bank . otherwise terrorist in india would never being a problem and if it would not be a problem than no need to reduce or stop.

Just destroy them... if you dont know how, look at Israel .. air strikes .. cluster bombing. Innocent ppl will die but this is war and they are killing innocent ppl anyway and the best way to stop it is to kill few more so the whole process ends in long term, saving more lives. .Dont have guts to do it? Then adopt the terrorist methods. Create a private body whose actions will be overlooked by govt (As neighbour does). Recruit un-employed, train them as terrorist squad (not anti-terrorists), and involve in geuirilla attacks on terrorist homeland, mostly targetting terrorist families or thier camp itself. Also send out assassins to take out thier leaders, no matter where they are hiding.. c'mon, killing a person isnt that tough, unless he/she is president of some state. Most of all, put the intelligent heads from science & technology to invent innovative gadgets and tools to bust them ..

And no peace talks.. they only understand "piece" talks.

The religion which promotes terrorism, intolerance to other religions,multiple marraiges, killing of kafers ,oppresion to ladies ,is no doubt an inferior mankind.The clerics are so fundamentalist that they won"t allow religious reform .Only exception is Turkey[eg.Kamal Pasha]. The best ( and proably the only ) way is to follow the Gandhian principle of Non-violence. That is slow and requires a lot of commitment , sincerity and great vision - which are not the properties we associate now with our politicians.In course of time, hopefully, better politicians may evolve and solve this problem.

The government can reduce terrorism by ceasing to inflict it-- imagine how the world would be? This Administration doesn't realize that they are the perpetuators of terrorism because the world is afraid of its big bombs and military. Should the people who fight back be called "terrorists". If you were attacked by big bombs and US covert operators and fought back would you be a "terrorist"? Stop using covert operators to plant bombs on transportation vehicles like planes, trains and automobiles around the world. Reign in Israel by halting billion$ in aid through the taxes we pay. Terrorism has come to stay,it can be neither reduced or increased.As long as there are mentally sick people, who take to violence, just to keep themselves busy,terrorism stays.You cannot kill a mentally sick person,as per the law, but a mentally sick person cannot be stopped from killing innocent people.
