It might have come from Silverstein, the lease owner of the World Trade Centre.
It was obvious that he was aware of a plan long before 9/11. Why else would he sign a lease on a property which no-one wanted. It couldn't even be legally demolished because of all the asbestos.He insured himself against terrorist attacks for 3.5 billion, so he knew there would be one, or something resembling one, months before the event.
If it wasn't him, then it was someone who knows him very well.
They passed the idea to the government, who realised that they could profit enormously from such a scenario, and then a few people in FBI and CIA were called in to complete the plan. Dick Cheney was involved right from the start, but I don't know what his relationship with Silverstein is.
Anybody know of any recorded meetings between those two?
