This problem tends to happen repeatedly - then - a miracle - it's alright for a period of time and then it begins happening again. If the red "pop-up" icon shows up, the address book isn't gonna happen. Any ideas???

You have a pop up blocker on your browser.
It won't allow you any pop ups. If you click on the bar, it will give you the option of
allowing popups this time only
always allow popups from this site
Then try to re-load your addresses.

Mine won't either in Hotmail. Let me know what you find out. I can't forward anything without looking up the address...writing it down and typing it in.
