I dream this like every month and i don't know why.
I dream that I see stars and I see a cat rolling on the wall and also i see my dad chasing me for some reason. why do i dream stuff like this?

The symbolism is very rich. Does it necessarily have to mean anything--why can't it just be random?

hello!!!amanda,before i answer your question I would like to define first what is dream. A dream is a series of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations occurring involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. Dream can be a result of excessive thinking of a certain thing that repeatedly occurs in your mind.
In regards with your dream;here are my own interpretations.A stars connotes your dream in life-your aspirations in life.The rolling cat in the wall was the obstacles that you have to overcome.You see your dad chasing you was the support and guidance of your parents.
what is stated above is just an idea ,meaning there is no correct or wrong on it. But I warned you don't believe of what you hear but believe on what you see.

Not sure, sometimes dream seem certain things and sometimes dreams are just totally random and they dont mean a thing at all. Typically its a way of expressing suppressed feelings and thoughts so maybe it has something to do with your dad. Who knows....

Even though dreams do have meanings sometimes they dont have a meaning at all its just stuff we got in our subconcius....but you having the same dream for a month thats a bit weird....

I think u hav an issue which u think is resolved but somewhre deep down inside, u know that its not... maybe its with your Dad...
Is it something that u r probably hiding from ur dad, or havent got the courage to tell him... and this is reminded to u by ur regular dream...
Think about it.. probably u already have an answer...

er...i'm not so sure about the cat part but i think u have been hiding something from ur dad..maybe he feels really angry about it. don't worry..i dream of many stuff too..bad, good, weird, intersting....
i also dream of stuff dat happen soon after i dream about it...
i dreamt my whole family got eaten up by dinosaurs...
i dreamt i kept falling down a bottomless pit of darkness...
loads of weird stuff but don't take all dreams for real..

I don't know, but I have this recurring dream of two types of marine mamals singing together, they are like seals with flippers, but are bigger land have teeth ike crocodiles, they sing together for some time and then they try to eat each other and the pigmies don't even stop them!

im not sure... maybe because something happend and when u go to sleep it comes up? my house was broken into 5 years ago... and i had a dream my house was broken into yesterday... n ive been having dreams like that ever since it happend...

Not sure exactly, but I would guess that you have unresolved issues with your dad. The cat thing isn't as easily explained away.
