dunno about a site... i can tell you a good way to eat crabs (like blue crabs)

Take off all the claws EXCEPT the back fins. That's the last claw on each side. (Not the pinching one, that's the first claw.)

Take the top shell off --> lift the tab on the belly to the top shell then pull it back to lift off the top shell. Usually have to wedge your thumb between the top shell and the body to get it to snap

Clean out the gunk between the two body chambers. (I might not be using correct anatomical terms.) Then snap the body in half.

Then, and this is how you get a good chunk of tasty, delicious meat, start pealing away the shell from the backfin. Once you have the chunk of meat attached to the backfin exposed, wedge your thumb between the back fin joint and the joint in front of it then slowly push your thumb in to seperate the backfin and the chunk of meat from the rest of the body. Dip and enjoy

What I do with the rest is take the rest of the chamber and sort of split it in half, exposing all of the little avenues of meat and I dig.

Happy pickin!

All you really gotta do is crack the shell, suck / fish out what's inside and eat it... I like mine with a mixture of Kikkoman and limejuice...maybe a hot pepper and some finely chopped onions... that's the dip... So make the dip, crack / suck / fish out contents of Lob. or Crab, dip and enjoy!!!
