My husband and I are trying to concieve and we went about it the right way with knowing when I ovulate, taking vitamins, and using a lube called pre-seed to give a warm and wet optimal environment for sperm to give us a greater chance to concieve. I ovulated on the nineth, had sex 2days before the day of and 2 days after. It's now 4 days since trying and I had cramps yesterday and today is it possible to go through implantation with just cramps and sore breast and not bleed?

Wait alittle while. Sometimes the extra vits can cause cramping, I think it is the extra minerals.

If still like this after a few days take a test. If could be stress. Relax and if a baby happens it happens. Have fun trying.

I never had implantation bleeding and everything felt just like a normal cycle until I missed my period and morning sickness set in. Everyone is different.

cramps are not a symptom of pregnancy but sore breasts are ,wait till your period is at least due before you do the test to give you the most accurate test because a false negative test would upset you unnecessarily.
