Yellow cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate pudding on the inside. I have it eery year for my birthday! It's soooooooo good!

Oh this is hard. 6 months ago I would have immediately said Oreo cookie ice cream cake. But my work has been ordering these white cakes with lemon pudding filling and whipped cream icing. Ohh they are both too good I can't decide.

I've tried ice cream cakes. Those are pretty good. But I like to stick with the classic cookie...not a big fan of cake.

I love ice cream cake, for my birthday. A friend of mine used to always make me a coconut pie for my birthday. I miss her and her cooking.
