First of all, you are no Mary. I don't think God will do that anymore to human for babies. (Jesus was the only exception)
angel = your desire
Perhaps you are pregnant now. Deep down, you want to have a child. You subconsciously want someone to send a message about that. So, you projected this angel to send yourself a message to satisfy your need.
You may have a child, but that is not from God or Angel. I meant the message from the dream. Of course, all creation are from God. However, that message is merely from your desire.

it means you are asleep. The cold hard facts are this, dreams can be a playground for our subconscious. There is no spiritual magic happening. Something in your life probably made you think those things, and they manifested themselves in your dreams, like wishing for a baby, or having unprotected sex. So you dreamed about it. Heck you may even be pregnant already but the dream didnt predict anything and doesnt mean anything, that's all a bunch of Horoscope type nonsense. Ever dreampt you were falling? thats some scary stuff but doesnt mean you are falling at all.

sounds really interesting! remember in bible virgin marry was also informed by an angel that to in dream. psychologically it shows that you are really adamant to have a baby & otherwise yes it is the sign that soon you will be having a baby in your womb.
