You won't be able to determine properly the volume of titrant used to reach the endpoint. Because of the leak you will measure much more volume of titrant than is actually needed and therefore you will over-estimate the concentration of the analyte.

If you do not grease the stop cocks sufficiently, leakage will occur. If liquid leaks out it will seem to be part of your measurement in your titration, but it was not, so the measurement will be off.

if you have a leak, all the water would leak out, so therefore you would have none of the liquid you would need to conduct your experiment.
