boss urdu sikhni he to muje nahi lagta he internet ek accha medium ho sakta he urdu bolne ka.. bcoz tumhe internet me jyada material read karne ka mil sakta he sun ne ke liye sayad but kam hi mile. aur parhne me tumhe problem aayegi kiyonki tum use parhoge kisi aur tariqe se aur vo parhi kisi aur tarah jayegi.
To I suggest you to first you read some light urdu books for any good poets which is translated in hindi. aur agar vedio mile kisi mushayre ya kisi topic ka ya urdu bolne ke liye bhi VCD aati ho to use dekho aur suno. sayad progress jyada tez ho.

By far the easiest language to learn is Esperanto. It is fully used around the world, has no exceptions to rules, spelling and pronunciation are an exact match, much of the vocabulary is very familiar to speakers of English, German, and the Romance languages. Once you have a good grasp of Esperanto, learning another language is much easier than it would have been before.
