I was just wondering if keyboards are universal or what

no keyboards aren't all the same.... if you meant keyboard as in the one you use to type then their not all the same.... other countries use different characters in writing.... so they change the keyboard a little to make it more comfortable for the user....

I think they all the same, the different is the way the characters writen in the keyboard. But the functions are the same.

I dont know about the universe but i came to the USA from Australia and they are the same.

No, they are different in Western Europe.

Some countries have more letters than the
American/English version.
