kk so you kiss/makeout with a girl and she says "I love your lips" hmms.. is this the same thing as say maybe "your a good kisser" ? let me know

No, you can love somebody's lips and they might not be the best kisser. Kissing is one of those things...you're either a great kisser or not. Have you ever kissed someone that was such a great kisser you could have kissed him all night long and never got tired. I have, and I don't particularly think he had the nicest lips, he just knew how to use them...mmmmm
