just so you all know, mayson will choose PAL and his answer.

the reason she will do that is pretty much based off of two things.

1. both spelled the name aerith with a lisp. bad translations turned it into aeris in the english version. she'll see his answer and say "well, HERE's a true final fantasy fan", even though any real fan of final fantasy is upset with VII for being the first game to bring the series down. i'll admit, if square stuck with their regular recipe and made the game different than the previous games (like they always did), then i might have liked the game. the problem was the game rehashed the magic system from VI, and failed to include any backstories on minor characters. No one knows who barret really is, or marlene, or yuffie, hardly anything is known about cait sith.. i could go on..

2. she already said the only answer she'll accept. look through her other questions. they are all the same. whoever agrees with her first is supposedly the best answer.

the problem? it's an opinion, there is no best answer.

want a good answer?

Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Saria's Song - no other song has stuck with me the way that song did.

Aeris's theme was pretty sad, especially given the situation. Secret of Mana had a very sad tune for its big plot event too. Both made me feel pretty sad...hmmm..oh, but I must say, Fire Emblem (7)'s Track 79, "Shattered Life" takes the cake. Starts off super sad and finishes up really haunting...a true dirge, really, and they synched the track with the event, so the "keening" at the end matches perfectly with the appropriate death. And its on the GBA's speakers. While I'm babbling about that, Golden Sun has some pretty sad ones too...

Woot! I avoided spoilers! You won't hear Shattered Life unless you have the proper support though...

I like Final Fantasy's music..it's always really good but the most touching song for me isn't from a game. it's "Everything" by Lifehouse
