Well, I hate to tell this on myself, but I once went steady with two girls. One lived in my hometown and the other lived 18 miles away in a smaller town. I was having my cake and eating it too until one night I took one to this party and the other girlfriend unexpectantly showed up.
To make a long story short...after dodging one for awhile, then dodging the other for a while, they finally met each other and as girls sometimes do, starting talking about their boyfriend and soon discovered that their boyfriend was one and the same. Me. Needless to say, I lost both girlfriends that night. True story
But as Bob Dylan says in a song...Ah, but I was much older then, I'm younger than that now.
