Mariah's at least 10 years older than Beyonce, so I would have to compare them based on their peak.
They're both so great. I would probably say Mariah, but it would be extremely close. Like, if Mariah was a 9.7, Beyonce would be a 9.5. I think I'm just giving a little extra to Mariah based on how much I enjoy her voice. It's a tie, skills-wise.
