Does it matter how a user's avatar or picture looks that decides how much questions they get or how the question is answered?

Not to me. If I think my answers will help, I'll answer, regardless of picture.

I actually asked a similar question before. I think a person's avatar affects whether or not they get answers and even if they get picked for best answer or not.

IT don't matter here with me. BUT i have noticed comments made on some of the pictures and avatars.(good+bad)

No. It is based on how accurate there answer is and how informative their answer is. The question is answered depending if people know how to answer it, or if it is not a spam/stupid type of question.

I think it has to do with the question asked and the time of the day you ask the question.
