Political Correctness would be against the law....
but, I need to pass more than one...
such as PRISON for those who employ illegal aliens....
death sentence for second offense illegal entry into the USA....
death sentence for supporting Muslim terrorism in any way...
Islam would be designated an 'ideology', not a religion... because it is not a religion.
Once those laws were passed and in effect, we could get on to some other useful laws... and dump a few that are useless.

I would allow gay marriage and legalize marijuana for medicinal purposes only. With the latter, if you're caught smking, and you show no evidence that you need it, you have to go to jail.
As far as changing government policy goes, if I am unable to rid the whole United States of the death penalty, then I propose extensive grief counselling and government support for anyone who will be left widowed and/or orphaned by this permanent method of punishment - in ALL states that carry this.

Ex acute all Child molesters.
Make marijuana legal especially for pain full deasies (M.S , Cancer and so on.
Make abortion illegal only if the women was raped then abortion should be an option .

On a serious note: I always wanted a heavier punishment for criminals, and exceptionally heavy punishments for terrorists. Those who violate human rights shouldn't keep theirs.

Make 9/11 a remembrance day of those who have died on that day, and make the national government tells us the public of what we should know and not hide the truth from us.

that is a very good question, newer thought about it. but I think I would pass a low that it should be no currencies at the world. every body should work as much as they can, and eat as much as they want , and all the welt of the world should belong to every body and the animals tow.

Make it mandetory that your license plate be the same number as your cell phone so you can call the idiot in front of you and tell them how bad their driving really is and to stay off their friggin' cell phone!
