Most states require judges to be attorneys first.
So, that's any Bachelors degree. Then going to law school for your Juris Doctorate. Then the bar exam. Then getting elected or appointed to the bench.
Some good Bachelors degree majors could include political science, technical writing, crtical thinking or pre-law. But really, any Bachelors degree is generally sufficient to get into law school.

First, you need take classes to become a lawyer.
This usually is a Bachelors degree in criminal justice, and then a Masters degree in law.
Next, you need to pass the State's Bar exam--lawyer's test.
Then, you need to get elected to a judgeship.
POOF! You are a judge.
