Here's a formula for determining whether someone is too old or too young to date. Take the older partner's age and divide it in half. Add 7. If the resulting number is lower than the age of the younger partner, then the age difference is OK. If the younger partner's age is lower than the resulting number, then the age difference is not so respectable.
