Well there is one on my complex and one on the neighborhood. It loos pretty all the time, but they are not on top of people. Not yet!

yes, we do. They are strict, which is a good thing. I don't think it comes across as picking on people.

yes in my neighborhood if u put up a fence it has to be a picket fence and it cannot be over 5 feet high!
