Ms .... 's answer is a good one.

Several factors contribute to your size that have to be dealt with in order to change your appearance. Genetic disposition, metabolism, stress, lifestyle, self actualization, diet, health. Most weight issues are a result of self actualization and genetic disposition. Example Star Jones lost all that weight and wound up looking like a kid in a Halloween costume. Tyra Banks: supermodel vrs crackhead. After all don't models look like they're on crack diets. How about putting on some padding that makes the feminine curves appealing to men instead of the stigma of appealing to what gay women think is appealing.

Increase protein and carbohydrate intake, exercise. It takes 2 weeks to get your metabolism/diet/exercise regimen to kick in to what you want it to do. It may be a slow process but keep at it. Also you may want to see a doctor and have your metabolism checked as well as any health risks that may be associated with your condition.

Just get you a weight gainer. You will have to keep your regular diet and drink the shape and work out, but you see results. And the weight that is added on to you, will not be fat, it will be muscle. You can start this at any age.
