Gone on a website and payed for your credit report.........only to find out you were signed up for their "CLUB" and get billed monthly by the agency giving you the report......and without your consent mind you. There was nothing in their disclaimer that said a D*MN thing about any FRIGGIN club. I was soooo pissed!!

No, but you can contact your credit card company about this rip-off. They can deny future payments if they find in your favor.
Or you can tell them your do not want those charges paid. You would still be liable to that so-called club and you would hear from them.....
Did you read ALL of the fine print in their terms of service that you had to "Agree" to before you could complete the transaction? Those agreement are usually so very long and filled with legal mumbo-jumbo that people just scan a little of it and click Agree without knowing that they are actually committing to future billing and stuff they don't want.

Best thing to do for a credit report is to contact the credit agencies directly.

No, but girl you have rights call the PUC. Public Utilities Commission. And make sure you call the "club" have them cancel you "membership" and block their affiliates from billing you too. And if you are in Cali you have 30 days to come out of any contract, real or imagined. Good luck!

I fell for it too. It is so ironic that the people who give you credit report (so you can fix your credit) help run up your CREDIT CARD bill. Arrrgh.
