well dunno bout this one but there was this guy @ my summer camp that was told he could make it stop raining if he went out in the rain and did the chicken dance. sad thing was - he did it and it did stop raining shortly after that!

You don`t. but if you wanted rain you could hire a raindancerso just lay back and relax and read a good book. I love the sound of rain...

Sorry cannot help you. I do know how to do the Hopi Rain Dance to make it rain. Maybe if you do it in reverse.... Do you have any snakes? Oh and the time to prepare for it?

It's impossible to stop the rain becasue first of all you don't control the weather!!

Create a formula that will make you grow 500 times your normal size and then fill the clouds with love and kissed, then the clouds wont feel sad any more. And if they don't, use salt.
