An official movie soundtrack hasn't been released, but all of the songs used in the movie were taken from the video game soundtracks (except Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire" of course). The songs played during the end credits were "You're Not Here" from the Silent Hill 3 OST, "Tears of..." from the Silent Hill OST and "Theme of Laura" from the Silent Hill 2 OST. You can download all of the soundtracks here:

If you can find a copy of Silent Hill 3 for the Playstation 2, it includes a CD of the soundtrack for the game. The song you are looking for (from the movie) is on there.
You can try the local EB Games.
It should go for @20 bucks.
