It will convert wma to mp3 or vice versa.
it will also work to burn CDs, listen to music, etc.

I use a encoder called 'Lame', if you can;t find that then look around Windows Media Player, you might be qable to do it with that

There is a free program I use for this called CDEX.
You can convert these files and much more. and its free.

you need a burning software that will do it for you..i use ROXIO . its a little confusing but it can be done.
