I hate my life, school, and my friends and I am really depressed right now! can anyone help me! :(

Believe it or not, but happiness is a choice. However, most people do not believe this, but rather, that it's circumstances and/or others that are responsible for how we feel. The only trouble with their beliefs, is that they give up one of the greatest power we have in life; the right to choose how we want to feel.

If you are not happy, it's because you choose to feel this way. To thus be happy, you simply need to choose to do so, and that choice will be as easy or as difficult as you make it. It may sound like a bunch of bull, but you're not happy with your current beliefs, so why wouldn't you try to learn a new one? For you see, it is a choice.

hey girl for one I would say just hang in there and sometimes life can be hard with alot of ups and downs. you will be very strong if you set up a few goals for yourself with schools and the studies. sometimes you need to take a breather from friends and just take care of you and that is ok too. we all need a little space once in a while. just remember you do have friends that care and fine something that will help you release some of the things that getting you so up tight to start with. a hobby like crafts may help I do needle craft and i like it very much. keep up your chin and know you have friends on here

Hello Amanda. Life is difficult at the best of times but we must face any and all the challenges our day to day lives throw at us. I understand how you are feeling and you MUST talk to someone to vent these self-destructive feelings.

You need to rise above all the negative self-talk (No- I am not Dr. Phil). Look into your life and how you are living in it and work out the things you want to change. then you need to work hard on changing those elements.

Set yourself some goals - not too high at first - and achieve them. Then aim a little higher, work harder to get there and then set yourself your ultimate goal - what you most want in your life. Work towards getting to that goal and don't let anyone stand in your way. Walk over the top of them ( They will look pretty silly with your footprints embedded in their faces).

this question is good to earn point on yahoo answer. I saw your previous questions in yahoo.. as I feel it is not a serious problem in you.. only thing is you want to get sympathy from others and you yourself is making weak ,,, so grow upand live life other wise life will leave you if you did not live well.

Still depressed so what you will do now ask another question in yahoo and you will get so many points if there are more sympathetic persions in yahoo community..
