ok look i am going to save you about $270 right now so pay attention
the same thing always fails in a honda starter it is in the solinoid take it apart and you will see a copper ring that connects the two electrical poles that engauge power to the motor clean the corosion off of it and flip it over reinstall and test it will work fine i've done it a hundred times
