Tell her to eat about 5 or 6 prunes and drink a glass of grape juice. Do this about every 30 mins or so, until she goes. Worked like a charm for me when I was pregnant.

There are soo many websites out there with great information. I would look it up being that it is common to have. But first check with the doctor and see what they recommend. Good luck!

Give her the goose with a gush it is called a enema.

She needs to let her OB/GYN know about her constipation. The dr will know what to give her and what is safe for her and the baby as well.

fiber and lots of water.. maybe an enema will help but not sure how safe that will be. Call Dr. or Hospital obgyn floor, they will help.

have her ask her doctor. some laxatives might be a bad choice for her since she is pregnant.
