Well, summer has just ended, so I would say they are very warm and trying to cool off. Or they could just be horribly socially inept and think that is attractive.

I thought that was a myth. Heh. I don't have many gay friends (zero in fact), so I've never seen it done, except on comedy shows.

you are probaly over imaginating it. maybe it was just something random, or he didn't mean to do that. you can't assume things like that. i'm not saying you are wrong, but maybe you are thinking beyond reality.
