This question can't really be answered. But, I'll tell you what I've come up with after selling several houses. Selling a house is different than anything else. Not everyone wants your house, but, someone does! Lowering the price doesn't help unless you had it overpriced. Willing to lower the price after you find a prospect CAN help sell it.
Sometimes a Realtor will have a client that is looking for what you are offering, but not usually. Just keep advertising, try thinking of different, even unusual ways. Tell the girl at the store, Mention it to everyone you come into contact with, Church, doctor, trash man, etc. Good Luck!

It is not a sellers market right now. There are 4 million houses on sale in the country. the most ever on sale . The housing market have fallen down all over the country and people expect prices to go down further. That's why not a lot of houses are selling at this point. to get the right price it might take a few months

This is just a bad time for real estate. And typically it gets worse from now until the first of the year. You may want to take it off the market until January.

We had trouble too. We hired a Realtor that had access to every possible way to advertise. Also, you could call a stager to come and help you stage your house for an open house.
