Can I cash a citibank check even though I don't have an account there?

If the check is drawn on Citibank then you should be able to cash it there as long as you have a valid picture ID. If the check is drawn against another bank and you don't have an account there then you will not be able to cash it.

Just go direct to citibank and cash it. U don't have to have an account there.

You need ID and they may do a thumb print

It also depends on the amount
