Ultrasound dates for babies arrivals could be out by 10 days either way. You know you didnt cheat and thats all that matters. Your partner is being very hurtful to you by saying these things as babies decide to come out when they're ready. If he wants a DNA teast let him have one at his expense. Look after yourself and the baby, sorry to say but this guy doesnt seem to be ready to have a baby and is making poor excuses.

Sounds to me like he needs to grow up, and or get with the program to learn a few things about having babies. You say that you didn't cheat. Then why are you questioning yourself, and or your doctor? If he is accusing you of cheating. What reason does he have to back this up? Or, is he trying to cover his own tracks? In all, at this point, I would get the DNA done. If you didn't cheat, you have nothing to fear. Tell him you will do it. Should be mandatory in this day and age. If it turns out that he IS the father. Oh man, you will have him right where you want him for the rest of your lives, just as long as you never screw up. I agree with one other answer...I too wish that there was a DNA test for men to prove if they are cheating or not. A lie detector is better than nothing. but...Lets get with it Scientists!!!

Is he serious? I just calculated backwards(on a website), with Oct 20th as your due date, it puts your conception date as Jan 27th and says you would be 35 weeks along. Here's the website

Has he never heard of early labor? I would tell him to go ahead and have the DNA test done, then he can suck up to you for the rest of his life when he gets the results. Has he gone in with you for any appointments? Maybe the doctor could explain things to him.

That sounds correct. Doesn't he realize that alot of due dates are just estimated and there are so many factors that could cause early labor? He needs to do some research on that and if he still thinks you cheated I would tell him to pay for the DNA test and then make him eat it after you get the results back.

Let me start by saying I have three kids. And every one of them was early. I never cheated either and I was exact with my last menstrual period because I mark it every month on the calendar. My last child was measuring smaller so they said that I had to be wrong with the date of my period. They moved my due date back two weeks and my daughter still came a week before the original due date. Your due date is just an estimate. There's no way for doctors to be 100% sure so they give their best "guesstimate".

Sure it can. The week counting starts at the date of your last normal period. In fact when you all did the deed you were around 7 days past your period which may be your fertile period. Let him have the DNA test. It will put his mind at ease and hopefully trust your word in the future!

Sounds like a wonderful, loving and trusting relationship you are in.
You know, it's a shame there isn't some test that can be done on him to see if he ever cheated.
If I were you, I would tell him to hit the road, you don't need to raise two babies at the same time.
Good luck.

It is possible, to be a couple weeks early or late from your due date. Although if he is doubtful, take the test you have nothing to hide and he will have to live with his trust issues. He should trust you, unless he has good reason to doubt you.
