Okay so there is this boy. He just moved in from Italy a few days ago and he moved in upstairs. I know nothing about guys and getting their attention and I get really nervous and embarrassed whenever I am near a boy. I just want him to notice me, and he's only going to live here for a year (don't ask why) and I don't know how long it's going to take for him to notice me. Obviously probably not a year. But still what can I do???

Just smile & say hello. Talk about the weather..... If he notices you & likes you things will pick up from there.

1) Help him with his English!
2) Ask him to teach you some Italian!
3) Show him around the neighborhood. But keep him away from your competition.
4) Ask him whether Italian girls kiss like this... And kiss him.

Be bold introduce yourself ask him out and are not worried if you build feelings for him how you will feel when he leaves being friends sounds like a good place to start

1) maybe u can 't ask you join you for a lunch or a dinner where you cook too much spagetti and you cannot finish it ask him to join you thne you can ask him everthing.
2)give me a smile when ever you met him, if he is curious man he will ask you .
3) maybe you can go up and ask for his hwelp by fixing computer or ..... you figure it out .

if you havent been formally introduced, you should go welcome him and take him a cake or something. if you have been introduced, ask him to go for coffe or dessert, or pizza or something
