I have a 95 Mits.Mirage. It runs good once its going but idles HORRIBLY.?

It almost sounds and carries on like its dying. I don't think that it gets the gas mileage that it should for a 4 banger. Any ideas?
Now I know why these questions are so messed up. They are hard to edit. Can't get the question mark off of the first sentence!

Sounds like it needs a tune-up.

you need to get it in to a shop and have a tune up and you are going to need parst too. good luck.

you have a vacuum leak or a bad mass air sensor
