Tell me your experiences wth Skype. I just downloaded it and hope to use it on a business trip.

Skype is a truly wonderful piece of software which works well whether you're on a Mac or PC. I've been using it since version 1.3 and I've never experienced any major problems with it. With each new release, the software has become more stable and great new features have been added. As far as VoIP networks go, the call quality is very good. If you're planning to use it on a business trip, my only suggestion would be that you purchase a small USB phone or headset to take with you, rather than using your MacBook's built-in microphone. This will greatly improve the audio quality as most of the background noise is reduced.
