the best thing is really...
well, you have to really do it though...
wash your face at least twice a day, using a full regimin of cleanse-tone-moisturize
also drink plenty of water and keep your hands off your face.
If the problem persist, chancge your diet to a clean one.
Good luck.
I have been having the same problem and yes I tried proactive, but only when I actually used it like they told me did it actually work.

Tea Tree Oil is one of the most popular herbal extracts used to treat and eliminate acne, and for good reason… it has helped thousands of acne sufferers.
A study was conducted to compare the acne bacteria fighting properties of a tree oil in comparison with benzoyl peroxide cream. The tea tree oil was comparable in effectiveness to the benzoyl peroxide, but without the side effects of dry skin and redness.
All it takes is a drop of tea tree oil 2-3 times a day on the acne inflammation, and it will start working to kill the bacteria.
So, if you like what benzoyl peroxide does to acne but don’t like the side effects, tea tree oil may be the right alternative for you.
You can get it at walmart int he pharmacy for about 5 dollars.

Did you try rubbing alcohol?
Just rub it on your skin twice a day.
Or if its available in your place, "Dalacin T (1% Topical Solution)"
That medicine is mostly alcohol, so I tried it with normal rubbing alcohol, and it worked though not as good as that.
Anyways Dalacin T cleared up my face pretty good.

i've heard of many things. one is apple or some kind of home made fruit scrub. i use pro-activ, but if that doesnt clear you up, than there may not be anything else, unless you havent been to a dermatoligist, which i would reccomend you do.

Try mixing some urine with peanut butter and spreading that on your face. Definitely wash your face with distilled water within 2 minutes.
Do NOT use soap afterwards because that would reclog your pores.

it might be too much chocolate, anxiety, or just your age. i know that when i was a teenager, if i ate a chocolate bar id breakout by the next day. so i kinda held out on the sweets until i got to my 20's. most of the time its just your age.

Just wash your body once a day and wash your hair because thats what caused it in the first place. if you try to cover it up it will never go away.
Trust me I have it.
