the bottom line in this argument lies with the family...if they feel it is right to see the death of steve doing what he loved doing then that would be the case....only they will decide and i hope if they do they charge an arm and a leg for the benefit of the causes steve espoused........i will never forget the image of steve irwin talking to the camera while sharks were in a feeding frenzy all around him while he stood in the water...the guy was a crazy kook but he was fascinating, funny and very entertaining...i kind of felt one day his luck would run out the way he took risks dealing with wildlife but i would never have guessed it would take a stingray to be the culprit....my condolences to his friends and family....he was one of a kind and his legacy will continue as his shows run on animal planet

The answer to your question is YES. It was on the internet a few days ago but now I can no longer find it. There are those out there who are too thick headed to believe that it was posted and I have been called a liar by some angel dust smoking wench who will not budge from her position that it is possible that she is WRONG! And it was not computer generated either, as someone else has mentioned. Someone posted it for viewing but aparantly due to legalities it has been removed. I have yet to see it on the news although I read that some news station in Japan had footage but as of yet has not made it public.

No. The footage was turned into authorities investigating his death. When the investigation is complete (which it probably is), the footage will be returned to whoever owns it, likely the producers of the film. The discovery channel and Animal Planet have said they will not release any footage, if it exists, of his death.

JESUS CHRIST.. when will you learn.
The answer is NO
The answer was NO yesterday
The answer will be NO tommorow,

The footage is in Australia with police & coroner.
If it was leaked.. the australian goverment and police would be liable for millions , NO It was not on the news, it would break every censorship rule there is, if infact it was, which it wasn't.

You should have looked through other questions to get your answer, instead of being arrogant.

no.. but i saw ONE photo having steve under a sting ray..
im not sure if that was really in the death video or just other documentary image.

it would be months or years for the video to be in public..
by the way, there's always a big chance of destroying the video!

No. I hope and Pray to God that it never is. His Family does not need the public no matter how adoring, to see what happened to him. That is a private matter for the family, and who would want to see it anyhow?
